About the role Marcus Deposits is one of the leading and fastest growing online banks, and acquisition marketing plays a critical role in growth of the business. The Marcus acquisition marketing team is responsible for driving new customer acquisition through digital media channels efficiently and at scale, as well as managing and optimizing customers' experience on site to account application for the Marcus high-yield savings accounts and certificates of deposits products.The team is performance-driven and focused on operational excellence. In your role as an Associate on the acquisition marketing team, you will own the "aggregator" marketing channel - managing relationships and our advertising placements on financial resource and comparison websites. You will drive new customer acquisition through these partners by owning the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, optimization, budget management, analysis, and reporting for the channel. You will also help the acquisition team stay current with industry trends and customer expectations to incorporate them into our optimization plan. As part of your role, you will interact and work closely with Product, Pricing, Legal & Compliance, Analytics, and Tech, among others. Responsibilities
