Facilities Maintenance Technician

Loudoun Water located in Ashburn VA, has an immediate opening for Facilities Maintenance Technician.

The candidate should have experience maintaining HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems through ongoing maintenance and facility repairs. Thorough knowledge of all building systems with certificates and license in either plumbing, electrical or HVAC are preferred. Duties include interior and exterior building maintenance, light construction, carpentry, and landscaping. Direct experience in commercial facilities maintenance with trade certificates and or licenses in any of the referenced trades will be considered. Work overtime as needed.

Salary Range: $58,500-$71,500 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Position will remain open until filled. EOE
