Senior TSCM Practioner

Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior TSCM Practioner to join our team in support of a government customer. This role will serve as subject-matter expert leading and enhancing all TSCM activities andprovidingsenior-level guidance on national/agency policy.This position is contingent upon award.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $185,000 - $220,000.

The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Key duties:

• Provide senior-level briefings on TSCM capabilities and processes;maintainin-depth command of current TSCM/CI policy.

• Lead TSCM operations, ensure ICD 705 compliance, and resolve complex physical/technical security issues.

• Perform RF signal-of-interest searches; assess signals from surveys, system notifications, and IPMS.

• Prepare specialized technical risk-assessment products, reports of inquiry, and after-action reports; support the CTTA.

• Lead the TSSC Technician OJT program.
