TSCM Practioner

Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated TSCM Practioner to join our team in support of a government customer. This role will Conduct TSCM, foreign-visit, gift-inspection, digital counter-exploitation, and technical-evaluation activities supporting the TSCM program.This position is contingent upon award.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $185,000 - $220,000.

The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Key duties:

• Conduct TSCM operations (pre-construction, emergency, routine surveys; in-place monitoring) per National/DoD policy and ICD 705.

• Identifyphysical/acoustical security deficiencies and develop corrective actions; provide guidance for facilities under construction.

• Perform RF signal-of-interest searches and assess/locatesignals found during surveys, system notifications, and IPMS operations.

• Prepare technical risk assessments, TSCM reports of inquiry, after-action reports (due within 72 hours), and briefings.

• Assist the Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority (CTTA) with technical security plans and equipment vulnerability assessments.

• Support the TSSC Technician OJT program.
