Charlevoix Public Schools Building Trades Home Charlevoix Public Schools is now accepting bids for the 2026-2027 building trades home. The minimum bid is $115,000. The house will be constructed on a concrete foundation so it can be transported when it is completed. Buyers are responsible for transportation costs, which vary based on distance and route. St. Marys Dr., Charlevoix, MI 49720. Bids are due August 11, 2026, at 2 p.m. The Charlevoix Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
