Join a globally recognized leader at the forefront of innovation, where groundbreaking technology is developed to shape the future. This dynamic environment thrives on pushing boundaries and delivering transformative products that impact millions. We are seeking exceptional talent, partnered with Aquent, to contribute to a team dedicated to launching the next generation of advanced hardware and software.

Are you a meticulous and proactive individual with a passion for ensuring product security from the ground up? We are seeking a dedicated professional to play a critical role in the launch of cutting-edge new products. You will be instrumental in safeguarding upcoming releases by meticulously tracking security findings and coordinating remediation efforts, directly contributing to the integrity and success of innovative technology before it reaches the market. Your impact will be immediate and vital, helping to manage a temporary surge in New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives and ensuring smooth, secure operations for exciting new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively monitor and manage the intake and tracking system for all security reviews tied to upcoming product launches.
  • Track identified security risks and findings from end-to-end, ensuring engineering teams take ownership, assign appropriate risk levels, and adhere to resolution timelines.
  • Coordinate effectively between Security Engineers, hardware/software engineering teams, and New Product Introduction (NPI) Product Operations to keep go-to-market dates on schedule.
  • Identify and escalate bottlenecked reviews or overdue security fixes to relevant leads to prevent potential launch delays.
  • Maintain clear operational dashboards and provide regular status updates on pipeline status, outstanding risks, and launch-readiness gates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, security operations, technical program support, or product release coordination.
  • Basic understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) workflows or technical product release cycles.
  • General familiarity with cybersecurity principles, vulnerability management, or tracking technical findings (you do not need to be a hands-on security engineer, but you must understand risk terminology).
  • Proficiency with workflow tracking and project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, SmartSheet).
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent written/verbal communication abilities to follow up with engineers, ensure accountability, and translate technical status into clear updates.
