Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in machinery manufacturing, automation, or OEM equipment? We're seeking a results-driven leader to manage complex capital equipment projects from concept through installation and customer acceptance. This is a high-impact opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, drive project success, and help deliver innovative industrial solutions to customers around the world.
Education Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related technical field required
  • PMP Certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred
  • Valid passport or ability to obtain one required


Experience Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in machinery manufacturing, industrial automation, material handling, packaging equipment, OEM manufacturing, or related industries
  • Experience managing custom equipment, robotics, controls integration, automation systems, or industrial machinery projects
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and project execution
  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems, project scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills


Job Duties


  • Lead capital equipment and automated machinery projects from order handoff through customer acceptance
  • Define project scope, objectives, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
  • Review customer specifications, contracts, and purchase orders
  • Develop and maintain project schedules covering engineering, fabrication, assembly, testing, installation, and startup activities
  • Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, field service, and supplier teams
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, profitability, and financial performance
  • Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee procurement of mechanical, electrical, controls, and specialized equipment
  • Manage supplier performance and material delivery schedules
  • Lead equipment testing, validation, and customer witness testing
  • Serve as the primary customer contact and provide project status updates
  • Coordinate installation, commissioning, startup, and production support activities
  • Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor team members and contribute to operational excellence programs


Physical Capabilities


  • Ability to occasionally lift, move, push, or pull materials up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
  • Ability to work in office, manufacturing, and customer-site environments
  • Frequent computer, meeting, and project coordination activities
