Experience Requirements


  • Entry-level position
  • Industrial sewing experience preferred but not required
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to cross-train in multiple production areas
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude


Job Duties


  • Operate within various manufacturing departments including Sewing, Quilting, Assembly, Packing, Foam Encasement, Gluing, Borders, Coiling, and Closing
  • Produce quality products while meeting production goals
  • Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Monitor production processes, gauges, controls, and equipment performance
  • Report equipment issues and make minor adjustments when appropriate
  • Assemble components and manufactured products using hand and power tools
  • Follow established procedures for manufacturing equipment operation
  • Measure and prepare raw materials for production
  • Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and cross-functional teamwork


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up 10-40 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
