• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and GAAP principles
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience required
• Oil & Gas industry experience preferred
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
• Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms
• Experience working with customer billing portals
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable activities including billing, collections, cash applications, reconciliations, and month-end support
• Generate and submit invoices through customer billing portals
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and unapplied cash
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable subledger to the general ledger
• Maintain accurate customer records within ERP systems
• Prepare Accounts Receivable reports and financial analysis for management
• Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and operations to resolve payment issues
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures
