Overview of the Position: The Application Administrator II is a critical player in application configuration, support, and training, and will join a team accountable for ensuring the digital systems are well controlled, operating effectively, aligned with business needs, and compliant with multiple regulations. This is a highly visible position working in all facets and within all levels of the business and is a great opportunity for somebody that wants to be instrumental in system adoption and performance for years to come. Education / Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or other IT disciplines with 3 years of experience with enterprise ERP systems; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
