Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annualy

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in operations, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory/order management systems.
• Ability to adapt quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in wholesale distribution, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of inventory control best practices and process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence.

Job Duties:

• Manage and oversee daily order fulfillment activities for wholesale and retail customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing, picking, packing, and shipment of orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to maintain efficient workflow and on-time order dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels and allocate stock according to business and customer priorities.
• Oversee inventory control, distribution procedures, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Schedule and coordinate incoming and outgoing orders while minimizing errors and ensuring service standards are met.
• Lead, mentor, and support warehouse and operations staff to achieve performance goals.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and other departments to anticipate operational needs and resolve issues.
• Assist with special projects and operational initiatives during peak business periods.
• Analyze operational processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives through effective operational planning and execution.
