As a Flex Associate Technician, you'll be the go-to expert installing, repairing, testing, and servicing a wide range of systems and communication technologies. You'll solve problems, keep clients running smoothly, and help build the digital infrastructure of tomorrow.

WhatYou'llDo
- Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using the most efficient, cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime.
- Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works flawlessly and following any specialized instructions.
- Completing allrequiredtechnical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance.
- Supporting Insight's depot programs such as Hot Swap andRepair
WhatWe'reLooking For
- IT-related certificate or diploma
- 2-5 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience
-Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- A+ certification (preferred)
-Previousexperience working as certifiedHP,Dellor Lenovo technician(preferred)
