*** This is a Temporary Position from 7/19/2026 to 2/28/2031*** Job Summary: The Grant Administrator provides oversight and administrative management for the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (CIRM) grant and supports the Principal Investigator (PI) in the execution of various tasks and components of the grant. Primary responsibilities include the management of progress reports, landing page components, grant milestone timelines, data-sharing, dashboards, and operational standard operating procedures (SOPs), either directly or in collaboration with other grant personnel and program components. The role is responsible for coordinating and facilitating multiple components of the grant, executing assigned grant-related tasks, and partnering with the PI in bi-monthly CIRM working group meetings, CIRM-sponsored events, and presentation preparation. The Grant Administrator also collaborates with post-award and finance teams to support fiscal oversight, reporting, and grant closeout activities. Serving as a primary point of contact and coordination for internal stakeholders and the PI, this position ensures that all the grant's components are administered and executed in alignment with grant objectives, sponsor requirements, institutional policies, and applicable regulations. Performs other duties as needed. Licensures and Certifications: Professional certification (e.g., Certified Research Administrator (CRA), Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS), or similar) is preferred.
