Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Loader to support daily warehouse operations by loading delivery trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, repackaging products, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment. This position plays a key role in preparing products for delivery while maintaining inventory quality, supporting warehouse efficiency, and following established safety standards.

Job Responsibilities



  • Load delivery trucks according to established loading standards and delivery requirements.
  • Verify truck loads for accuracy based on assigned orders and route schedules.
  • Rotate inventory on trucks and within the warehouse to maintain proper product freshness and minimize expired inventory.
  • Clean and repackage products according to established warehouse procedures and quality standards.
  • Remove and properly dispose of damaged or expired products with management approval.
  • Assist with inventory organization and material handling activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse by disposing of trash, sweeping floors, and operating floor cleaning equipment as needed.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
  • Support efficient warehouse operations by assisting with general warehouse duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • Previous warehouse, loading, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Ability to accurately load and organize products for delivery.
  • Basic inventory handling and stock rotation knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and floor cleaning equipment, if required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products throughout the workday.


Education



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.


Work Experience



  • Previous warehouse, loading, shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution experience preferred.
