Position title: Director, Division of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility Salary range:
The posted UC Salary scales set the minimum pay at the appointment as determined by appointment type and, if applicable, rank and/or step. The base pay range for this position is $400,000 - $650,000. Salary is negotiated annually. Additional compensation may be available if the position includes membership in the Health Sciences Compensation Plan. The Division Director will serve as a key clinical and administrative leader within the department, championing excellence across the tripartite mission of patient care, research, and education. Reporting directly to the Department Chair, the selected candidate will provide strategic vision, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and support the continued growth and national prominence of the division. Candidates must have an MD, DO, or equivalent degree. Candidates must be board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI). Candidates must have current clinical practice experience across the full spectrum of REI care. Candidates must have at least five years of clinical experience in REI. Candidates must have a strong publication record, demonstrated by at least 40 peer-reviewed publications in relevant scientific or clinical journals. Candidates must have five years of leadership experience and five years of experience within an academic medical center. Candidates must have or be eligible for a California medical license or equivalent certification/permit as determined by the Medical Board of California. Preferred qualifications
Candidates with a record of securing extramural research funding are preferred. Candidates with experience building collaborative research programs and mentoring faculty are preferred.
