We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Software Development and Engineering professional to join a vital team focused on client verification processes. What You'll Do



  • Implement new features, ensuring alignment with best practices, rigorous internal standards, and project goals.
  • Write well-designed, clean, maintainable, testable, and efficient code using the Springboot framework.
  • Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, resiliency, and security.
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Analyze and investigate software solution problems, meticulously documenting findings.
  • Perform software maintenance and correct identified defects.
  • Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and providing essential technical guidance.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


What You'll Bring



  • A BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, coupled with 4+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and related frameworks.
  • Extensive knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and front-end/back-end integration (4+ years).
  • Proficiency in modern software development practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and test automation (4+ years).
  • Experience with writing Splunk queries and developing monitoring Dashboards within Splunk (3+ years).
  • Demonstrated experience with TDD practices and writing integration tests in Cucumber (4+ years).
  • Practical experience working with Mongo and SQL Databases (2+ years).
  • Experience developing Avro Kafka schemas for event streaming platforms (2+ years).
  • In-depth experience in Agile methodologies and tools (4+ years).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and a passion for resolving technical challenges.
  • Proven leadership skills, capable of guiding and inspiring teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across team boundaries.
