Position Title: WCWPDS Milwaukee Dir Job Category: Limited Employment Type: Regular Job Profile: Outreach Program Director Job Duties: Summary: The Director provides overall leadership to the Wisconsin Child Welfare Partnership for Professional Development at UWM (WCWPDS-UWM). WCWPDS-UWM is a partnership between the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare at UW Milwaukee, UW Madison, and the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families. WCWPDS-UWM provides innovative research-based training, technical assistance, and diverse learning opportunities for child welfare, home visiting, and early childhood professionals and paraprofessionals as well as foster and adoptive families across Wisconsin. The Director oversees strategic and substantive program planning, contracting, and fiscal management of WCWPDS-UWM and actively pursues additional funding that aligns with WCWPDS strategic plans. Working Environment: This position requires working primarily in-person, onsite, at the WCWPDS-Milwaukee offices on Port Washington Road in Glendale, WI. Hybrid work options may be available after the initial training period.
