We are seeking a talented individual to join our client's team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of key administrative functions. Your ability to manage competing priorities, handle confidential information, and coordinate essential logistics will be vital in supporting various stakeholders and driving daily operational excellence.

What You'll Do



  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and in-person appointments.
  • Communicate schedules, meeting details, and updates to all participants.
  • Arrange domestic and/or international travel as needed.
  • Prepare and process expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and coordination.
  • Coordinate the shipment, tracking, receipt, and distribution of product samples.
  • Maintain accurate sample and shipping documentation.
  • Handle confidential materials with discretion and minimal supervision.
  • Complete special projects and additional administrative assignments as needed.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.


What You'll Bring



  • 2-4 years of previous administrative or coordination experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all organizational levels.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.


Nice-to-Haves



  • Experience coordinating shipments or product samples.
