Job Summary

The Senior Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, design-win success, and strategic business development across the North America East region, with a primary focus on RF semiconductor solutions. This role owns the development and execution of regional sales strategies that expand pSemi's presence within existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Working closely with customers, manufacturer representatives, distributors, field applications engineers, product management, and executive leadership, the Senior Regional Sales Manager serves as the primary business leader for the territory. The role is accountable for achieving revenue, design-win, margin, and market share objectives while ensuring alignment with pSemi's strategic priorities and those of its parent company, Murata.

Success in this position requires strong commercial leadership, deep customer relationships, technical sales acumen, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with global OEMs, EMS providers, and strategic partners.

Roles & Responsibilities

This position has responsibility for:



  • Develop and execute territory strategies that drive sustainable growth in revenue, bookings, design wins, and market share.
  • Own the commercial performance of the North America East region, including forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of quarterly and annual business objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate sales activities across manufacturer sales representatives, distribution partners, and internal sales resources to maximize customer engagement and business results.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, influencing technology selection and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure new business opportunities within target accounts and emerging market segments.
  • Drive customer design-in and design-win activity by aligning customer requirements with pSemi's RF product portfolio and technology roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Applications Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to support customer success and accelerate business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers, including revenue growth, competitive positioning, and opportunity expansion strategies.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, customer feedback, and emerging industry trends to influence business and product strategy.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of opportunities, bookings, revenues, and demand trends through CRM and business review processes.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and support contract discussions with strategic customers and channel partners.
  • Represent pSemi and Murata at industry conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and executive briefings.
  • Mentor and support less experienced sales professionals, manufacturer representatives, and channel partners to strengthen regional execution.



Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)



  • 10+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor or RF industry.
  • Ability to influence senior-level customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to represent the company in external engagements and industry events.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed. Occasional international travel required.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
  • Experience leading sales efforts in high-value or broader regions.
  • Experience managing cross-functional sales initiatives.
  • Proficiency in forecasting and territory planning.
  • Provent track record of success in complex sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation and strategic account management skills.



Education Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent education and work experience.

USD 158,095.43 - 205,535.45 per year
