Shifts Available: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift

We are hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for a temporary opportunity in Warren, MI. This role is ideal for skilled professionals with expertise in industrial maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, machine repair, and preventive maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic system issues.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Repair and replace electrical and electronic components up to 110 volts.
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, blueprints, and maintenance documentation.
• Utilize precision measuring and diagnostic tools, including meters, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Support equipment rebuilds, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety regulations, maintenance procedures, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Card or equivalent industrial maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a Maintenance Technician aptitude test.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
• Experience working with complex manufacturing equipment and industrial machinery.
• Excellent communication skills, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
