The Human ResourcesManager is responsible for executing all Human Resources activities for the facility in accordance with facility policy. The HR Manager serves as a professional resources for facility management on all HR related activities. The HR Manager is responsible for facility compliance with all Human Resources policies and procedures, regulatory requirementsand standards, and employment law regulations. The HR Manager is a key member of the Sr. Leadership team at Foundations for Living.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manages facility Position Control and maintainsan understanding of the facility's staffing needs in accordance with facility budget
  • Full-cycle recruitment and on-boarding of new hires
  • Expert knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems used at the facility
  • Manages employee relations and performance management across the facility in conjunction with facility leaders
  • Responsible for the management of all personnel files and ensures complaince with all regulatory standards
  • Monitors compensation program and wage and hour compliance
  • Manages the facility's FMLA, LOA, Workers' Comp, and Unemployment processes
  • Stays current with and ensures that the facility abides by all federal and state laws related to employment, regulatory standards
  • Maintains all HR related policies and ensures that they are updated appropriately

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1-3 years of HR leadership experience required
  • Previous management experience required
  • Experience in recruiting and performance management required
  • HR Professional Certification preferred
  • Previous HR healthcare experiencepreferred
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local HR/employment laws and regulations
  • Effective communicationskills. ability to problem-solve, and conflict resolution skills required
