Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial
• Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to safely work around production equipment and moving machinery
• Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job Duties:

• Assist with manufacturing quality products
• Follow written instructions and established production procedures
• Operate basic production equipment safely, as required
• Inspect materials, components, and finished products for quality
• Maintain consistent productivity and quality throughout the shift
• Handle and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Follow all workplace safety requirements
• Support production goals and help keep operations running efficiently
• Work collaboratively with other members of the production team
