Purpose
- The Rewards Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration and analysis of the client's pay programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with global rewards principles and U.S. market practices.
- The role is fully focused on centralized enablement, with responsibility for supporting and executing annual compensation processes through data analysis and operational support.
Essential Functions
- Support the execution and administration of annual compensation processes (e.g., merit, bonus, and market reviews) by preparing data, validating inputs, and supporting timely completion of process milestones.
- Maintain and update compensation data, job information, and market pricing to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
- Perform compensation analyses using Excel, including review of internal pay trends, range penetration, and equity indicators, to support rewards decision-making.
- Perform data analysis using Excel to support reporting, audits, and compensation inquiries.
- Apply a foundational understanding of U.S. rewards concepts (e.g., FLSA, incentives, and market pricing) to ensure policy-aligned and compliant outcomes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, templates, and documentation used to support the rewards organization.
- Respond to rewards inquiries with a strong customer-service mindset, clearly articulating established policies, guidelines, and boundaries.
- Meet defined service-level expectations (SLAs) by prioritizing work effectively and responding to requests within established timeframes.
- Partner closely with senior analysts, managers, and Global P&O Services to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement of rewards processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 1+ years of experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Compensation system experience preferred (i.e., Success Factors, Market Pay, SAP HR)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
