Job Summary:
The Senior Account Executive, Corporate Ticket Sales is responsible for driving revenue through the sale of group ticket packages, season tickets, and matchday hospitality, with a strong focus on the corporate community across the St. Louis region. This role serves as a key representative of the club, building and maintaining relationships with community partners and corporate groups.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Sell all available single-match group options, including but not limited to group tickets, premium seats, special events, stadium space rentals, and group matchday experiences
  • Renew, upsell, and expand existing corporate accounts by identifying additional opportunities across the club's ticketing and hospitality offerings
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers, serving as a trusted business partner and primary point of contact
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce CRM, maintaining accurate activity and sales forecasts
  • Identify sales prospects by executing call campaigns, cold calling, emailing, and face-to-face appointments
  • Attend outside events with the purpose of selling, networking, and engaging the corporate community
  • Collaborate with the Ticket Sales and Service leadership team and other internal departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Candidate should possess professional demeanor and communication skills to effectively work with both internal and external clients
  • Must be able to present sales presentations in a live setting with corporate decision makers
  • Must have truly outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings. This includes all home games for CITY SC and CITY2 (or other work events) that fall on nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Salesforce CRM.


Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3+ years in sales or customer service experience



Employment Status: Full Time
Pay Range: $19 - 21 per hour, plus opportunity for commission and an annual bonus
