Job Summary

Handle complex property CAT claims with minimal supervision and guidance from the manager.



Work Location

This position offers both remote and hybrid work locations. Candidates who reside within 50 miles of an office location (West Bend, Madison, Appleton) will be offered a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are fully remote (beyond 50 miles) may occasionally be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events.

Help Customers Recover After Severe Weather

We're looking for an experienced claims professional to handle moderate to complex catastrophe property claims, with a focus on wind and hail losses. In this role, you'll investigate claims, determine coverage, evaluate damages, negotiate settlements, and help customers navigate the claims process with confidence and care.

Your Impact
    Manage moderate to complex CAT property claims, including wind and hail losses.
  • Investigate claims, determine coverage, and evaluate damages and liability.
  • Negotiate settlements with insureds, contractors, public adjusters, and attorneys.
  • Maintain accurate claim documentation, reserving, and file management.
  • Utilize claims technology and estimating tools to efficiently resolve claims.
  • Participate in training, projects, and department initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and audit standards.
What You Bring
  • Property claims handling experience, including wind and hail claims.
  • Ability to estimate moderate to large property losses.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with current technology and claims systems.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a caseload.
Education & Credentials
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
  • AINS and/or AIC designation preferred.
