General Summary of Position: The Division of Graduate, Online & Professional Studies (GPS) is seeking a full-time systems and operations technical leader who can manage and optimize key enrollment technologies-primarily Slate, Salesforce, and related tools-to support recruitment, admissions, and re-enrollment efforts. The position focuses on ensuring data integrity, streamlining workflows, and leveraging reporting and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making. It also requires cross-functional collaboration, campaign and performance tracking, and providing training and support to staff, all while maintaining efficient, high-performing systems that support overall enrollment strategy. The position will align and optimize the systems used by enrollment teams to support a seamless and high-functioning enrollment cycle from funnel to graduation. The BA will also focus on data flowing through these systems to ensure they support business processes within GPS and peripheral units that rely on GPS data/information. Partner with GPS enrollment and data staff, Enterprise Applications, and University stakeholders to design and implement data quality processes across GPS systems, leveraging knowledge of business processes and student lifecycle data flows to ensure:
Provide comprehensive support for all GPS technical platforms to ensure system functionality, reliability, and alignment with operational needs. Slate Business Analyst for GPS - Serve as the primary Slate resource by managing system functionality, user roles, security, training, vendor coordination, system enhancements, and ongoing performance monitoring to ensure reliable and efficient operations.

Anticipated salary based on qualifications and experience. Minimum $77,885, 25th quartile: $89,568 and midpoint: $101,251.
