The impact you'll make
The Facilities Services Senior Supervisor will partner with department and company leadership to oversee facilities infrastructure and equipment supporting Office, Training Lab, and Warehouse operations. This role provides leadership to the facilities team, including multiple outsourced service providers. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality oversight and direction of operational activities such as building and equipment maintenance and operations. Demonstrates the ability to analyze and resolve complex, ambiguous problems with a focus on timely solutions. Building strong collaboration with Engineering, Space Planning, Logistics and Training Lab Operations teams is essential for planning equipment maintenance, upgrades, and replacements. What you'll do
