TITLE: Inside Sales Rep.



POSITION OBJECTIVE: Drive sales growth and market expansion by business development, product commercialization, and collaboration between Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and Manufacturing.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • College graduate with engineering background


  • Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
  • Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to support business development.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing to align production schedules, product availability, and customer requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams on new product development, product improvements, and commercialization.
  • Communicate customer forecasts, demand changes, and special requirements to manufacturing for effective production planning.
  • Support product launches, customer trials, and qualification programs by coordinating technical and manufacturing resources.
  • Resolve production and supply issues through cross-functional collaboration to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure customer expectations are translated into manufacturing specifications while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
  • Provide market feedback to manufacturing to improve product performance, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize inventory levels, production capacity, and supply chain responsiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
