Overview Do you want to build an impactful career to change the world for the better? Geosyntec has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator in our Davis, CA office. As a Project Coordinator, you will partner with Project Managers, Engineers, Scientists, and Project Accountants to support the successful delivery of engineering and consulting projects. Working across multiple concurrent projects, you'll coordinate project documentation, proposals, deliverables, invoicing support, subcontractor documentation, and internal workflows while helping ensure projects remain organized, compliant, and on schedule. This is not a traditional administrative position. We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure, consistency, and attention to detail to complex technical and construction management projects. Your work will help improve project efficiency by producing polished client deliverables, coordinating project documentation, supporting operational processes, and allowing technical staff to focus on serving clients.
