Job Grade: R06 Anticipated salary rate: $62,642 to $92,190 per year commensurate with qualifications. This is a limited-term position and is subject to the availability of funding thereafter. All employment and assignments are ultimately contingent upon available funding, business needs, and your performance of the assignment. Georgia Tech retains the right to terminate this assignment at any time for cause or, in its sole discretion, for convenience; in either case, Georgia Tech's obligation shall be limited to payment for hours and/or days worked before the termination date exactly three years from start date. The Laboratory Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including the execution of experiments, the maintenance of equipment, and the adherence to safety protocols. This position focuses on the technical aspects of laboratory management, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure that research projects are completed accurately and efficiently. Sets performance goals, participates in evaluations, provides feedback, and informs compensation decisions. Responsibilities
