What You'll Need
- High school diploma or GED required.
- U.S. Person authorization required to meet ITAR/EAR requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to learn basic electronic component identification.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed work instructions and assembly documentation.
- Ability to perform routine mechanical and electronic assembly operations using fixtures, hand tools, and equipment.
- Willingness to learn new skills, work as part of a team, and contribute to a safe, quality-focused manufacturing environment.
