Please note that this position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid. Goldbelt Glacier is a trusted industry partner to the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). Goldbelt Glacier supports programs administered through the BIA including social services, natural resources management, economic development, law enforcement and detention services, administration of tribal courts, implementation of land and water claim settlements, housing improvement, disaster relief, replacement and repair of schools, repair and maintenance of roads and bridges, and the repair of structural deficiencies on high hazard dams. Summary: Glacier is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist V to provide acquisition and procurement support to the Department of the Interior, Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Division of Acquisitions. This is a senior-level position supporting complex federal acquisition activities throughout the entire acquisition lifecycle. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to Government leadership, providing acquisition planning, procurement strategy, contract administration, source selection support, cost and price analysis, contract modifications, and closeout support while ensuring compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency policies. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: The Contract Specialist V supports the Government by providing overall guidance and expertise on federal acquisitions and financial assistance requirements.
