About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to drive the creation, implementation, and sustained success of critical business processes within the supply chain. In this dynamic role, you will be a key player in identifying opportunities for improvement, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and transforming strategic visions into practical, documented, and effective operational procedures. Your work will directly contribute to streamlining operations, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of vital supply chain functions. This position offers a unique chance to apply your analytical skills and process expertise to make a lasting difference, with potential for extension and conversion to a full-time role based on outstanding performance and business needs.

Primary Responsibilities



  • Support the creation, implementation, and sustainment of Supply Chain business processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and develop compelling business cases.
  • Assist with process design, development, and documentation, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
  • Support implementation activities, including deployment planning, comprehensive training, effective change management, and continuous stakeholder engagement.
  • Track performance metrics and provide ongoing guidance to ensure the long-term sustainability and optimization of processes.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Undergraduate degree in a Technical, Supply Chain, or Business discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain operations or process improvement.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including advanced Excel skills for data analysis and interpretation, and effective email management.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively through both phone and email.
  • Exceptional organizational and task management skills, with a keen eye for detail.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Demonstrated strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Advanced data analytics capabilities, particularly in Excel and other reporting tools.
