Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Inspect flexible packaging products to ensure quality and consistency.
• Check finished products for defects and remove non-conforming materials.
• Assist the Shift Supervisor with daily production activities.
• Load plastic materials onto machinery using a hoist.
• Monitor machine performance and verify equipment is operating properly.
• Inspect bags and inserts throughout the production process.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Support production line operations to ensure productivity goals are met.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

• Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Lift, move, and handle production materials as required.
• Work safely around manufacturing equipment and moving machinery.
