Job Description
Under general supervision, responsible for performing data analysis for the Service and Sales Support operations, transforming data into actionable insights and visualizations. The Business Intelligence Analyst II develops and maintains data analysis products, monitors performance, and generates reports for internal and external customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in KPI and value metric creation and analysis.
  • Contribute to data pipeline development and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Coordinate with IT on data ingestion requirements.
  • Generate ad hoc and standard reports based on business requests.
  • Integrate multiple data sources for data analytics products.
  • Participate in user groups for collaboration and information exchange.
  • Transform data into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and inform tactical business decisions.
  • Troubleshoot data ingestion and integrity issues.
  • Provide creative data solutions supporting Service and Sales Operations activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with Power BI, Excel (VBA/Macros), Snowflake, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), Atlan.
  • Presentation and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools, modeling platforms, SQL, Python, PL/SQL, R, DAX, SAP HANA, and MS Suite.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • 2 years of relevant industry experience
