Job Title: Equipment Operator I
Location: Garland, TX 75041 Duration: 6 Months Schedule: Standard Shift: 3rd shift 8:00pm - 5:30am Sunday - Thursday (Potential for Extended Shifts: Shifts may be up to 12 hours based on business needs) All schedules are subject to change with business demands First Week of Each Month: Mandatory six-day work week Overtime: May be required as needed Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team. This role is primarily focused on operating Raymond Reach Trucks, counterbalance forklifts, double blade pallet jacks, and cherry pickers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. All candidates must have a minimum of one year's experience with Raymond Reach Trucks and I-Warehouse machines, as well as general warehouse experience. Interview Process: 1. Assessment of basic computer literacy skills 2. Closed-door interview session 3. Plant walk-through and discussion with interviewers 4.
