We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused, and self-motivated Business Operations & Management Lead to drive operational excellence and business performance across the organization. In this dynamic role, you will optimize and document core business processes, manage strategic initiatives, and empower leadership with the insights and infrastructure needed for effective scaling. A strong emphasis will be placed on enabling Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, leveraging collaboration tools, and integrating AI-driven solutions to streamline execution, enhance decision-making, and automate routine operations. You will be instrumental in completing our process and systems infrastructure, including developing playbooks and cross-functional process guides. This role offers significant impact, collaborating with digital marketing channel managers, customer journey managers, data and analytics managers, and various cross-functional teams to align priorities, streamline operations, and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes that support marketing execution, resource planning, and performance tracking.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive automation, standardization, and process optimization, enhancing efficiency and supporting marketing scalability.
- Leverage AI tools and platforms to optimize business processes, automate routine tasks, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage and maintain operational tools and systems that support workflow management, reporting, and collaboration environments.
- Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and training resources to support process adoption, consistency, and compliance.
- Document and maintain end-to-end business processes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility across teams.
- Partner with leadership to drive annual and quarterly business planning, including goal setting, headcount planning, and budget alignment.
- Lead operational reviews and business rhythm activities, ensuring data-driven insights and clear action plans.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), OKRs, and strategic initiatives.
- Use AI-driven insights and predictive analytics to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
- Support vendor and contract management, including onboarding, compliance, and performance tracking.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing operational insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and participate in pilots on support innovation and improvements.
- Own and manage the rhythm of business (RoB) calendar, including planning and execution of business reviews and leadership reviews.
- Develop and deliver executive-level communications, including business updates, strategic plans, and performance summaries.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field AND 8+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or marketing operations with demonstrated experience in supporting executive-level initiatives.
- OR Master's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field AND 4+ years experience in executive communications, business management, or marketing operations, including experience managing cross-functional initiatives and business planning processes.
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience in business operations, digital marketing, or strategic communications.
- At least 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, especially in ABM environments.
- Ability to evaluate and implement AI solutions that drive automation, personalization, and efficiency in marketing operations.
- Experience using AI-powered analytics tools to derive insights and inform business strategies.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and platforms relevant to business operations and marketing.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and business planning processes.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools, data analysis tools, and project management platforms.
- Experience leading virtual teams across organizational lines and networking/relationship management.
- Ability to work with stakeholders from different organizations and levels.
- Executive presence and communication skills, including the ability to gain executive buy-in on strategy and report upwards.
- Ability to influence without direct authority, understanding stakeholder motivations and driving towards goals.
- Strategic thinking combined with detail orientation, balancing big-picture strategy with precise execution.
- Customer-obsessed mindset, maintaining a high bar for customer experience and representing their voice.
- Proven ability to execute high-visibility marketing activities with thorough planning and focused execution.
- Candidates must have tech industry experience and a history of stable, longer-term roles.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B role.
- Experience in a digital marketing, technology, or enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting ABM programs in a B2B or enterprise marketing environment.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with financial planning, headcount management, or vendor operations.
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification.
- MBA or advanced degree in business, operations, or a related field.
