Responsibilities The Vice President - B2C Tour Operator is responsible for building, scaling, and leading The Vacation Group's direct-to-consumer tour operator business. This role will define the product proposition, establish the operational infrastructure, and deliver profitable growth through curated, packaged leisure travel experiences. Working closely with the President this role will transform The Vacation Group into a fully integrated tour operator, leveraging its existing brands, distribution channels, and customer base to capture a greater share of the market and drive long-term brand differentiation. Lead the set-up and launch of the B2C tour operator division, including operating model, structure, and resourcing
Product Strategy, Development & Differentiation
Supplier Strategy & Commercial Contracting
