Develops actionable insights by analyzing industry and geographic trends, competitor market research, and current/potential client behaviors, contributing to the formulation of effective business solutions. Acts as a specialist, collaborating with cross-functional teams to model the potential outcomes of implementing various business plans, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals. Coordinates externally with relevant stakeholders, utilizing networking skills to gather and integrate information on industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and client dynamics, influencing decision-making. Designs and develops industry-leading frameworks for analyzing and interpreting business intelligence data, ensuring the continuous enhancement of analytical processes within the business analysis function. Advises and consults on complex business problems, providing expert guidance to lower-level professionals within the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Executes large-scale projects and processes, delegating tasks to lower-level professionals and driving the success of initiatives with significant impact on departmental results. Instructs and coaches team members, reviews their work, and delegates responsibilities, contributing to the professional development and growth of the team. Interfaces with internal and external parties, communicating effectively to gain cooperation on policies, practices, and procedures, playing a key role in shaping the organizational approach to business analysis within the broader context of the industry.This role manages large-scale projects or processes that significantly contribute to organizational performance. Colleagues in this position are expected to tackle semi-complex and often challenging problems, requiring analysis and sound judgment. Communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners such as clients or vendors is expected. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this position will determine appropriate methods and procedures for new assignments and lead teams or initiatives. The position typically requires a strong foundation of knowledge, typically supported by a university degree or equivalent experience. The pay range for this full-time position is $101,500.00 - $172,550.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
