Apply Later Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges?
You've come to the right place.
YOUR IMPACT
You will spend a significant part of your time in working with McKinsey clients to design and implement advanced digital planning solutions.
You will participate in the complete lifecycle of a project from design to delivery of Advanced Planning Systems (APS) solutions for clients across industries and geographies, specializing in SAP IBP software implementations, advanced planning analytics, and machine learning solutions.
You will work closely with solution architects to develop clear functional and technical design, document data requirements and build complex datasets, and configure the APS platform based on the blueprint laid out during design to solve deep operations/supply chain problems. You will also create and execute workflow and data analytics test-cases and document issues and track progress of issue resolution.
You will also work with McKinsey's internal product teams as well as third party planning solution providers to shape future solution roadmap based on client's pain points and business requirements.
You will be based in our Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas or Washington DC office. You will be a part of MSC-X, the analytics wing of McKinsey & Company's Manufacturing and Supply Chain practice and will work directly with McKinsey project teams and clients across regions and sectors on complex supply chain planning problems. Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues-at all levels-will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you'll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won't find anywhere else.
