Deputy Program Manager - RATT
Position Summary: Life Cycle Engineering has a contingent opening for a Deputy Program Manager, supporting services for the Commander Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (CNSP) Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT). The RATT Deputy Program Manager (DPM) will assist the Program Manager in the daily execution of the contract and will act on the Program Manager's behalf in their absence, balancing a workforce of six specialized visit teams and one ORCA team that conduct simultaneous engagements across CONUS and OCONUS fleet concentration areas. The DPM is responsible for overseeing the coordination, scheduling, and execution of RATT and ORCA ship visits and ensuring the efficient use of resources to meet all PWS requirements. This contract has a contingent start of September 2026. Security Clearance Requirements:
