Nursing Unit Secretaries:

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time NUS position.
Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Nursing Unit Secretary - MS3

Location:1 Medical Center Drive, Biddeford
Schedule:36 hour/NIGHT shift
Remote:On-site only (no remote flexibility)

MS3 is a fast-paced Adult Acute Care Medical-Surgical unit that provides exceptional care to a diverse population of adult patients with cardiac, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, and post-surgical needs. Nurses develop strong assessment, telemetry, prioritization, and critical thinking skills while working collaboratively with an experienced interdisciplinary team. It's an excellent environment for both new graduates building a solid acute care foundation and experienced nurses seeking a challenging and rewarding practice setting.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: Current BLS certification preferred or may be required based on location.
3. Experience: One year of hospital or health care setting preferred.

The pay range for this position is $19.10to $22.53 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
