TEVET Order Fulfillment & Inventory Clerk Position Summary The Order Fulfillment & Inventory Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily warehouse operations. This position processes orders from Amazon, eBay, and direct customers, receives and stocks incoming inventory, and helps maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks each day. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in accuracy, works well independently and as part of a team, and is committed to providing exceptional service by ensuring every order is shipped correctly and on time. This position also supports daily pickups and deliveries for TEVET and Burdisco and contributes to continuous improvements in warehouse organization and operational efficiency. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process orders from Amazon, eBay, and direct customers.
- Verify order details, product quantities, and packaging prior to shipment.
- Select the most cost-effective shipping method while meeting required delivery timelines across shipping platforms.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple timesensitive deadlines.
- Ensure shipments are properly labeled and packaged to minimize shipping costs and prevent damage during transit.
Inventory Management
- Receive incoming shipments and inspect products for accuracy, completeness, and damage.
- Accurately receive inventory into inventory management systems.
- Communicate inventory shortages, stock discrepancies, or damaged merchandise to the supervisor.
- Restock inventory throughout the day as products are depleted.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Notify the supervisor when inventory, shipping materials, or warehouse supplies are running low.
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse and work area.
- Regularly identify and implement improvements to maximize warehouse space and operational efficiency.
- Assist with general warehouse and office tasks as needed.
- Support pickup and delivery activities for TEVET and Burdisco.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
Daily Responsibilities
- Assist with pickups and deliveries for TEVET and Burdisco as assigned.
- Prepare FedEx Bulk shipments for pickup no later than 11:00 a.m.
- Prepare UPS shipments for pickup no later than 1:00 p.m. Prepare FedEx Ground shipments for pickup no later than 2:00 p.m. At 1:00 p.m., review all newly received order emails and verify that any unprocessed orders have a ship-by date later than the current day.
- Restock products that have been depleted during the day's order fulfillment.
- Organize workstations and warehouse areas before the end of each workday.
- Alert the supervisor when inventory levels, shipping materials, or warehouse supplies require replenishment. Communicate any shipping delays, order issues, or inventory discrepancies promptly.

- Ability to learn and follow shipping, inventory, and warehouse procedures.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, ladders, and other warehouse equipment (training provided as needed).
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations, including hot summer and cold winter conditions.
- Ability to safely load and unload packages, organize inventory, and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance and arrive on time to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Ability to work occasional overtime during peak seasons or when business needs require.
