A Taste of What You'll Do As an Account Manager - Customer Development, you will play a critical role in driving profitable share growth and elevating Gallo's presence within assigned customer accounts. You'll build meaningful, strategic relationships with key customers and distributor partners, ensuring the successful execution of programs, priorities, and growth initiatives across a dynamic portfolio of wine and spirits brands. In this role, you'll spend time in the field and collaborating cross-functionally to identify opportunities and deliver strong business results. You will analyze market, sales, and forecast data to shape strategies, develop joint business plans, and expand distribution across both physical and digital channels. Your ability to influence, present compelling ideas, and align resources will be key to bringing new items to market and strengthening brand presence. You will also champion innovation and continuous improvement, helping maximize e-commerce and digital marketing opportunities. Acting as a Gallo ambassador, you'll represent the brand with professionalism in the marketplace and community. This role requires strong collaboration across customer teams, distributor organizations, and internal stakeholders to ensure best-in-class execution and sustained growth. What You'll Need
