* Drive initiatives that increase brand awareness and market visibility within target industries.
* Ensure consistency of voice, positioning, and visual identity across all channels.
* Translate strategic direction into clear, compelling, and actionable marketing outputs.
* Develop and execute integrated campaigns that build brand awareness and support lead generation and pipeline growth.
* Partner with business development to align marketing efforts with priority opportunities.
* Build and scale thought leadership platforms.
* Track and optimize campaign performance to improve engagement, visibility, and conversion.
* Manage and continuously improve the company's digital presence and websites.
* Ensure messaging, positioning, and content are aligned with brand strategy.
* Optimize site experience for engagement, lead capture, and conversion.
* Partner with internal teams or external vendors on updates and enhancements.
* Utilize CRM systems to support marketing campaigns and lead tracking.
* Improve visibility into pipeline, campaign performance, and ROI.
* Partner with sales and operations to ensure clean handoffs and reporting.
* Support the development of scalable marketing processes and workflows.
* Develop high-impact content including professional social media posts, sales materials, case studies, and presentations.
* Manage creative development (internal or external) from concept through delivery, owning timelines, outputs, and quality.
* Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
* Manage all aspects of event marketing: messaging, materials, logistics, and follow-up.
* Ensure events support brand visibility, relationship building, and lead generation.
* Create materials that directly support revenue generation (proposals, leave-behinds, decks).
* Align closely with business development and leadership to support priority pursuits.
* Translate field insights into marketing opportunities.
* Manage and develop a Marketing Coordinator, prioritizing work, delegating effectively, and ensuring high-quality output across initiatives.
* Help build scalable processes for a growing marketing function.
* Support marketing execution across multiple verticals including digital infrastructure (data centers / AI), energy and infrastructure, and government services.
* Adapt messaging by sector without diluting brand consistency. Must-Have Qualifications * 5-10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for agency experience.
* Proven experience supporting B2B, infrastructure, or complex service-based businesses.
* Demonstrated expertise in campaign development, brand awareness, lead generation, and event marketing.
* Working knowledge of CRM systems.
* Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
* Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities.
* Ability to translate strategy into execution quickly and effectively.
* Experience managing campaigns end-to-end.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and brand discipline.
* A mindset that thinks like an owner, not a coordinator, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes as you go, understanding how marketing drives real business outcomes. Nice-to-Have Qualifications * Agency experience - highly prefers (brand, creative, or integrated marketing).
* Experience supporting sales-led organizations.
* Familiarity with construction, infrastructure, or industrial markets.
* Strong agency experience preferred (digital + traditional marketing, bid/proposal and sales-support experience).
* Experience with two-sided marketing: brand (website, imagery, creative) and sales-focused marketing (bid/proposal support and making organization marketable for contracts).
* Familiarity and comfort with AI tools is beneficial but not mandatory; safe/appropriate AI use expected.
