Work Schedule:
20% FTE, Weekends/Evenings. Hours are from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. You will work at the East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist to:

• Serve as the first point of contact for general information for patients, visitors, and staff to provide a remarkable patient and family experience.
• Warmly greet our patients, visitors, and staff to create a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required

Work Experience

• 6 months customer service, administrative support, retail, or related experience Required
