Under the direction of Dr. Jonathan Chou, the Staff Research Associate will provide research assistance and support to his team. Dr. Chou's research focuses on innovative therapies such as antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) and chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR T) cells. The SRA will play a crucial role in evaluating the mechanisms of sensitivity and resistance to these therapies, utilizing experimental models and advanced sequencing techniques. Department Description The Division of Hematology/Oncology is one of the largest divisions within the Department of Medicine. The Division currently comprises more than 100 full-time faculty members, 18 part-time and/or volunteer faculty, 29 ACGME and non-ACGME fellows, 22 postdoctoral scholars, 26 non-faculty academic appointees, and 56 administrative and research staff members. The Division's core missions of research, clinical care, and education are primarily based at the Parnassus, Mission Bay, and Mount Zion campuses. In addition, faculty, fellows, and staff maintain appointments and actively participate in clinical, research, and educational activities at affiliated sites, including the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) and Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG).
