This is a position for experienced RN's only, preferably experience in Critical Care. Regions Hospital is looking to hire an exceptional, patient focused Clinical Resource Lead RN to join our team to make a difference for our patients and our community. The Clinical Resource Lead will be responsible for monitoring patient care needs for all inpatient settings and provide clinical and administrative leadership on evenings and weekends in the absence of Nurse Managers. This includes assessment, planning and evaluation of patient care needs and nursing care provided, adjustment of staffing and providing direct patient care for inpatients, with a focus on Med/Surg, Telemetry, Progressive Care and Critical Care areas. All 12 hour shifts and every 3rd weekend rotation.
