* Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are consistently stocked.
* Fulfill team requests related to equipment, conference room bookings, and various office needs.
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date databases.
* Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate and organize office events, meetings, and team gatherings.
* Assist with the onboarding process for new hires and contractors, ensuring a seamless integration.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment for all team members and visitors. **Must-Have Qualifications:**
