As a Product Owner for a leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing the digital backbone that empowers customers to seamlessly manage their energy assets. This role focuses on the successful implementation and continuous improvement of our CRM platform, ensuring it effectively supports sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency. You will be a key driver in defining the product vision, prioritizing enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet evolving business needs and customer expectations. Your work will directly influence how customers interact with our innovative energy products, contributing to adoption, satisfaction, and the overall growth of the energy ecosystem.

Primary Duties:



  • Support the development and management of the portfolio for delivering CRM capabilities.
  • Drive project prioritization and business requirements gathering with technical teams, leveraging agile development best practices.
  • Evaluate new capabilities and provide business and technology perspectives.
  • Coordinate parts of the CRM product lifecycle and support the product roadmap.
  • Engage in a consultative approach while documenting the "whys and hows" of future development.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the CRM system's environments.
  • Understand and solve business and technology challenges related to the implementation of CRM technologies and applications.
  • Support defining the release process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products or features to market.
  • Partner with sales, creative, and experience teams to develop use cases, personalized content, and messaging processes, fostering ongoing customer engagement and brand recognition.
  • Develop and support strategies focusing on customer engagement and personalization for successful outcomes and fulfillment of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals
  • Manage dependencies and integrations with other digital functions, including enterprise resource planning, order management, and e-commerce.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to develop and drive adoption plans for new capabilities, releases, and processes.
  • Validate, track, and report bugs discovered in the CRM platform's production environment.
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for business end-users, including test case execution.

Must-Have Qualifications:



  • 4+ Years of experience with Salesforce
  • 6+ Years Product Management Experience
  • Unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical.
  • Experience working with technical & functional resources and following an Agile-based delivery methodology.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, lead generation, lead management, and other business processes.
  • The strategic ability to connect business processes and a leading CRM platform for best practices across multiple departments of an enterprise-level company.
  • Ability to understand the business, business needs, and identify areas that can be optimized.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, make decisions, and build trust across the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly.
  • Experience with declarative CRM platform development and configuration.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business, marketing, or technical field.
  • Embrace data-driven & customer insights to inform plans, launches, and iterations.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of efficiently executing complex projects to completion at a high level of quality.
  • Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills required to effectively collaborate, motivate, and facilitate others in group situations.
  • Desire to work in a complex and evolving environment and to bring an innovation mindset. Comfort working in a fast-paced start-up technology environment is essential.
  • Highly proficient in oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer software skills.
